APM Initiation

April 20th, 2022

In a yearly event to celebrate and formally include members into the organization, APM initiated 20 fabulous candidates as members this semester. 

Dr. Graves

March 24th, 2022

Dr. Graves talked about his journey beginning with his education and all the steps to his present. He described the challenges, and learnings he received throughout his career, and how they are applicable to APM.

Dr. Graul

February 16th, 2022

Dr. Graul presented on the career path and professional trajectory that any Industrial engineer should take. He further emphasized the need for continuous growth and the importance of the Fundamentals of Engineering exam.

ISEN Picnic Social

April 6th, 2022

ISEN students and faculty took the evening off to meet each other, have some friendly competition, and relax. Thank you to everyone that came out and we hope to see you again next semester!

American Airlines

March 9th, 2022

Justin Yates and Hannah Jones presented on the holistic view of working at AA as an operations research specialist. They explained the plethora of different use cases, technologies, perks and higher level activities.

APM Alumni Event

February 8th, 2022

Three distinguished APM Alumni Members joined us to speak about the hardships, successes and answer any questions about professional life after graduation.

Hudson High

March 30th, 2022

Hudson High presented on the history, products, and planning at Aisin. He explained the importance of ISEN techniques throughout his career, and brought awareness to a job opportunity suited for APM.

Norbert Yuma

February 22nd, 2022

Norbert Yuma is an Aggie Industrial engineer who represented Dell Technologies and informed our members about the company. He further explained the work he has done and what to expect working within supply chain.

APM at First Friday

February 4th, 2022

To kick off the semester with a bang and to support our fellow ISEN classmates, APM went to First Friday in Bryan to a night of great music.

November 18th, 2021

The 131st initiation ceremony of Texas A&M's Alpha Pi Mu chapter initiated 21 new members.

Logan Havern

October 4th, 2021

We got to hear from Logan who talked about his experience with JetBlue and the makings of a Start-Up.

APM IISE Joint Picnic

September 28th, 2021

With over 150 in attendance, ISEN students took part in yard games and ISEN bingo. Thank you to all those who came out to the event!

Dr. Bennett

November 3rd, 2021

Dr. Bennet spoke about what our degree means, that it is more than just a piece of paper we receive. It speaks to what we have accomplished over the past four years, our experiences, and our involvement in the department and organizations.

Barnes Department Ceremony

October 1st, 2021

The ISEN department at Texas A&M officially became the Wm. Michael Barnes '64 Department of Industrial and Systems Engineering. Barnes was the second person to receive a Ph.D. in ISEN at Texas A&M and served as the president of Alpha Pi Mu as a student. We are honored to hold the Barnes name with pride.

Roland Block

APM members went to see a Halloween movie together!

APM members went to Lake Atlas to enjoy the beautiful sunset and play soccer and other yard games. Great start to the semester!
